RETURNS POLICY

At Nail Addict, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or requests for different styles or sizes. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at info@nailaddict.ae. We’re here to resolve any issues promptly.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in its original, unused condition as received.

2. All tool kit items must be intact and included.

3. The item must be in its original packaging.

4. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior approval.
