Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We’ve partnered with Skynet, a trusted delivery service in the UAE, to ensure that your Nail Addict order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Issues:

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or you encounter any other delivery issues, please contact us at info@nailaddict.ae with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Important to Note:

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate at checkout.

• We do not deliver to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.
